The Nuclear Power Industrial Park is developed  operated by Shenzhen Yuehe Industrial Development Co., Ltd. which is controlled by Shenzhen Yutian Real Estate. It is close to Jihe Expressway in the south  Meiguan Expressway in the east. It covers an area of 100,000 square meters. At present, the first phase of the project has completed  used five standard factory buildings, a heavy factory building,  two dormitories. Currently, the enterprises that have settled in include large state-owned enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises  private high-tech enterprises. The annual output value of the enterprises in the park is nearly 1 billion yuan,  a certain scale of entrepreneurial paradise has initially formed.
